CITATION
During the Liberation War, Shri Rakhal Chandra Roy Choudhury regularly donated relief in the refugee camps. He also collected information on their miseries and published them in newspapers. He organized meetings in favour of Bangladesh regularly. He published a novel named 'Moron Shagore Jibon Shurjo' which was widely circulated and appreciated by the readers. For his great contribution, Shri Rakhal Chandra Roy Choudhury is awarded Friends of Liberation War Honour.
